If you accidentally provide an incorrect In-Game Name, we do not issue refunds, but our support team will gladly assist you in manually correcting the delivery to your intended profile balance. Once successful delivery is complete to your designated or corrected In-Game Name, we are entirely not liable for how the player utilizes, binds, or consumes the pack items and perks within the game.
